SHIPPING

All products will be shipped as soon as possible, subject to payment card authorization and stock availability.  We update our online inventory every day.  If an order is placed and an item is out of stock (due to that days demand) we will contact you via email. 

We make every effort to ship your order within 1 to 2 days of ordering it. 

We currently ship within the 50 USA states.  We do not ship internationally or to P.O. boxes. 

RETURNS

We want you to love your purchase! If you have any issues with your order, you may return the merchandise within 14 days from the delivery date for a refund.  However, in observance of the chaos of the winter holiday season, for any item purchased between November 24th and December 24th the return window is extended to 3 weeks from December 25th.  

Due to the nature of our merchandise, all items should be returned in original condition, unwashed and unworn with packaging and invoice.

Please note the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.  We recommend that you track your parcel and adequately protect it during shipment.  Twist is not responsible for product lost or damaged during return shipments.

ITEM CONDITION

Items should be returned in an unused, resaleable condition, and with all Twist garment tags still attached.  Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.  For the purpose of hygiene, please have your gymnast try on tumble ware with her undergarments on. 

EXCHANGES

You may exchange your unwanted item(s) for a different style or size, based on stock availability.  Shipping is free on the replacement item. All exchanges must adhere to the guidelines set out in our returns policy.  Email us at info@twisttumbleware.com to check stock. 

REFUNDS

Your refund can only be credited to the original payment card or account.  Shipping costs will not be refunded for any items returned under our standard returns policy.  Please allow up to 10 business days for any refund to your original payment card or account. 

TUMBLE WARE CARE

Twist tumble ware can absolutely be machine washed on the delicate or hand wash cycle and then air dried. However, if you want to ensure both that the colors stay bright and the longest life possible for your leotards, we recommend you hand wash in cold water & air dry.  

Do not iron. Do not use bleach or softeners of any kind. 

SIZE GUIDE

Our leotards come in child sizes x-small (2-4 years), small (5-6 years) medium (7-9 years), and large (10-12 years). Our size chart will help you with your size selections. Measurements below are in inches.  Rough ages are listed but please order based on which row lines up with your child's largest measurements.

How to Measure

CHEST
measure under the arms, around the fullest part of the chest

WAIST 
measure the natural waistline (find it by tipping to the side)

HIP 
measure around the fullest part of the bottom  

TORSO
measure from the center of one shoulder, down the front, between the legs, and up the back of the body to the starting point                                             

Sizing Tip: If your child is between sizes or really close to the measurements of the next larger size, we recommend you size up. That way you should enjoy longer use of the leotard.
